Who: Anyone who has the potential to influence the content of a continuing medical education activity. This includes,
but is not limited to, planning committee members, presenters, panel members, moderators, and case discussion leaders.
When: Disclosure forms should be updated annually or within 30 days of acquiring or terminating a relevant financial relationship.
A financial relationship is defined as "those relationships in which the individual benefits by receiving a salary, royalty, intellectual property rights, consulting fee, honoraria, ownership
interest (e.g., stocks, stock options or other ownership interest, excluding diversified mutual funds), or other financial benefit."
